Mohammad Al-Rawashdeh has been a healthcare professional for over 20 years. He is in his element when it comes to patient care. Before his career in Osteopathy, he completed a bachelor of Nursing Science at The University of Jordan in 2002.

Being interested in health from a young age, combined with a passion for helping others, Mohammad knew there was more he could do for his patients. That led him to discover the inherent ability of Osteopathy to optimize and improve his patient’s quality of life. Mohammad has since graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. During his four years in the program, he earned a Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Science (M. OMSc) and completed more than 4200 hours of supervised education, and 1000 hours of supervised practical training in the student clinic, making him a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in Ontario, and a professional member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN).

Mohammad looks forward to helping you achieve your best individual health, using the gentle, yet powerful, hands on body therapy of Osteopathy, so that you can get back to life with less pain, more energy and increased flow!

Candice Chiu is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with specialized training and experience in working with neurodivergent individuals. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Psychology from McMaster University. Candice uses an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Focusing Oriented Therapy (FOT), Polyvagal theory, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

A neurodivergent person is an individual with a brain type that is different from most of the population and includes those with ADHD, ASD, OCD, BPD and more. It is Candice’s belief that neurodivergent folks deserve both support for their mental health and celebration for the strengths that their differences bring to the world. Candice focuses on finding ways to support neurodivergent individuals as they are, rather than trying to change their behaviour to be more neurotypical.

This passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals stems from her own lived experiences as an ADHDer and autistic (level 1) person. She has first hand experience with the difficulties of navigating a world that is mostly designed for a neurotypical brain type. Although she was not diagnosed until adulthood, it was these struggles that sparked her interest in psychology and the human mind. Through her studies and experience working in the field of mental health, she has also come to realize how important the mind-body connection is. Thus, much of her therapeutic style is informed by this lens.

In a typical first session, you can expect to have an open conversation about what brings you to therapy and you’ll also have the chance to share things about yourself that you feel are important for Candice to know as you move forward in therapy. From there, Candice will work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that incorporates evidence-based practices. One of the strongest factors associated with positive mental health outcomes in therapy is the therapeutic alliance. Thus, Candice strives to earn and keep your trust while also ensuring that you feel heard and understood in therapy.

Heidi went on to pursue her certificate of naturopathic medicine at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario. She excelled in the biomedical sciences and the art of natural healing therapies. However, the most significant year of learning came during her time away from college due her own failing health and subsequent journey towards regaining it. Heidi, in turn, has successfully overcome many obstacles and has developed a life based on the principals and practices of naturopathy as the cornerstone for her own health and wellness. Heidi’s personal story is an example of how the pow-er of naturopathy can access the healing that comes from within. Presently, Heidi’s authentic self, naturopathic skill and vitality shine through. For more than twenty years Heidi has been an avid long-distance runner and has completed many marathons including Toronto, New York, Chicago, and Boston. Heidi seeks rejuvenation in body and mind through restorative practices such as devotional meditation, reading and writing. She enjoys personal growth and development of any kind, understanding that the spiritual gym is just as important as the physical gym! She finds the most powerful rejuvenation however, in play! Her ultimate restoration occurs when she is spending time with family and friends playing with the wonderful children in her life - building forts in the forest, making snow-people and building snow walls for snow ball fights, wrestling, singing, dancing, drawing, painting, conversing, trampolining, running, playing hide and go- seek, Pictionary & Jenga and watching great movies like Muana & Frozen. Heidi’s hope for all people is that in the process of re-gaining physical health they also discover the inspiration, hope and gentleness that lie in their true heart and with that bring about a greater sense of peace and joy in their life.

I am passionate about helping people live their lives with a deeper sense of purpose and meaning, sharing the gifts they have been given for the betterment of our communities. I am fortunate to have found my purpose, passion, and gift in the ability to help guide people toward their most authentic life with better health in body and mind. Heidi McGill, ND

Pracchi is a Certified (Usui) Reiki Master healer of the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui who was a Japanese educator in Kyoto, Japan, when he rediscovered the energy healing system in the mid-to late 1800s. ‘Reiki’ is the Japanese term for ‘Universal Lifeforce Energy’. This Energy System of Natural Healing balances and strengthens the body’s energy, promoting its ability to heal itself from anxiety, depression, chronic pain and various emotional, mental and physical ailments.

From a very early age, Pracchi developed a quest to look for answers beyond the obvious; that the crux of life does not rest at the core of the tangible world, was clear to her. Refusing to restrict herself to the loop of logic, she aspired to transcend the materialistic boundaries and search for a greater purpose beyond that. She found for herself, a room in the metaphysical world and was driven to pursue the path of self-realization. Through yoga and meditation, young Pracchi reinforced her beliefs and continued the journey in search of her soul and the meaning of her existence. Her synchronicity with the universe yielded her best when she got introduced to Reiki.

Despite being a post-graduate in Finance, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, she completed three levels of Reiki training by the end of 2014, with one of the most renowned Reiki Master (Teacher) of India and further trained to become a Usui Reiki Master Teacher (one who is trained not only to heal but also teach Reiki) in 2015. Since then, she has been relentlessly working to infuse positivity in people’s lives whilst healing them from the core.

Her endeavour revolves around the mantra ‘RECLAIM YOUR PEACE’ which she feels is the very basis and core of any human spirit and existence in the universe! Pracchi started practicing both distant and in-person healing a decade ago with her home country India, and later extended her practice across various countries she travelled to or resided including U.S.A and Canada. In the recent past, she actively extended her distant healing services to a plethora of people struck by the gruesome Covid19 pandemic, who reached out to her from various corners of the world.

Having found her ikigai in healing others and enhancing their quality of life in a holistic manner, Pracchi says, she accomplishes her ‘life’s purpose’ to the tee whilst rendering service to the universe at large.

Other than donning the hat of a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Pracchi possesses expertise in ‘Patanjali Yoga’ and Pranayam (A component of yoga that connotes extension and control of breath) techniques that help one maintain the mind-body-soul balance with ease. She further went on to become a Certified Life Coach from a Canadian Coaching institute and looks forward to incorporating those skills in the pre/ post consultation for her clients.

In a typical healing session Pracchi administers Reiki through distant healing (where the client can be lying down for the session in the comfort of their own home) or in-person ( at the clinic by gently moving her hands just above the client’s clothed body) with the intention of reducing stress and promoting healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy through the client’s chakras or energy centres of the body. The philosophy, ’What you give, you get & what you share, grows!’ has been her guiding light till date. Thus, by profusely pervading peace in people’s lives, she continues to find her own ‘ Bliss’ grow manifold each day!
